Its the Polycom VVX1500. Can use up to 768 kbps plus network overhead so you need a decent network. However why have a second screen at your desk when existing IP handsets with desktop computer interfaces can already deliver video better, cheaper and some can deliver multiple caller video on your PC screen. Something for posers.
