You should contact Venus and let them know that they have a much better deal than they are aware of.
I spoke to Kumul today (gen manager) and he said Venus's development cost by way of a loan from Rox ups up to the time of a decision to mine.
From that point on costs are 30/70. Kumul sees no problem for Venus to fund their 30% Capex.
So Rox will not be paying Venus's share of the Capex.
Kumul also mentioned that Venus has a gold royalty 0.7% I think he said.
