IMO, we need to see approvals for optimised layout and start of causeway/jetty construction before SP lifts. Also the cost review will be important.
Low volumes aren’t a big issue for longer holders. In fact the lack of activity indicates if someone wants in, the SP will rise as there’s not a lot of sellers. Mid 2023 should start to see some real SP appreciation imo and by 2024 when the project is really looking like a production site, the super funds,etc will pile in. Hope I am patient enough to see the results.
For now, I am scraping together a few more dollars to try and accumulate some more at these attractive prices.
