if indirectly you are asking at what price you should buy/ in accumulate then imo accumulate between 40-55c/ strong buy anywhere under 40c.
it's a mixed blessing for sure the recent 'capital raise' but as long as these funds are used for rapid expansion/ banking licence & the top 10/ directors have a long-term view... which I think they do, then ultimately it should benefit us all. Someone with more brains needs to do the calcs to answer your question re: average entry price ;-)
