You're right. Not a current holder but have been and I've addressed the reasons I am currently not. Holders are all entitled to hold opinions on management and just because you don't like it doesn't make someone a plant. The quality of these boards might be better if there was more engagement with conflicting views instead of deflecting potential debate because you can't think of a better response to a comment you don't agree with.
Its valid that some holders might look at past board behaviour and have concerns that occasionally things have happened which aren't that great.
