Agree totally- the debt position confirmation is critical.
Bigger investors will be unlikely to step in hard until it is confirmed.
There is definitely a timing gap of a few months between when capital is needed and when the cashflow starts.
Should all be wrapped up in the coming weeks and between this and a gas sales agreement we should see the start of more significant buying interest.
