I am doing similar investigations, before maybe investing. Can you clarify some things that I am unclear on after reading your summary:
    1. Forsys has completed a definitive reasibility study, and you say MEY is to deliver a feasibility study in June 1/4. As I understand it from their announcements MEY will deliver a scoping study then rather than a feasibility study, and a SS is much reduced in the detail compared to a FS. After a SS its usual to do a pre feasibility study and then a definitive FS, and looking at other companies this can take 1-2 years and 5 to 10 millions$. So maybe MEY has yet to do the PFS and DFS after the scoping and probably has to raise more funds to do so.
    2. I may be wrong, but I think that resources can only be called "proved reserves" after the DFS, so MEY only has measured/indicated/inferred/ "resources" at this stage.

Perhaps that is the reason why MEY is valued less per lb, "reserves" are worth more than "resources" as more work has been done on them to remove the risk - this is the case for gold. and maybe the marginal DFS results from forsys and bannerman are impacting on market sentiment for MEY.

Like you just trying to get my head around why market is valuing MEY as it is, and whether its a buy or just one to watch from the sidelines.
