Before the announcement of the Pendal acquisition, share price was around $30. After that, it fell to a low of $23. Now its up to around $31 after the Regal offer, no thanks to this board. The board doesn't seem to be doing a good job for a company they state is significantly undervalued. If the board doesn't explore this offer seriously or enhance the share price, I predict there will be some shareholder class action to come.
