I do not debate that the letter from Deurloo to Love of last Saturday is horrifying reading.
Nor am I making up additional narratives beyond saying that it is likely that Ross Love was just as horrified and so I doubt he put it on the bottom of his ‘to do’ list of matters needing attention.

Re what happened after that, who knows, but I do believe, if there is going to be any legal action around misrepresentation, it is not Drake’s place to initiate such action as it is NOT the wronged party.

So unless Deurloo appoints Drake to act or initiates legal action himself I think it is safe to assume the matter of misrepresentation has been explained this week to Rick Deurloo’s satisfaction.

If it has not been: and the issue cited in yesterday’s announcement - ie his workload due to his promotion soon after he became a board member here - is not the reason he has has followed through on the resignation, then I expect we will hear more on this.
