time to rally???, page-10

roc putting in a bottom.cant see this one falling much lower.low 30's is still a real possibility but i think the worst is behind roc...unless another asset of roc's falls apart, but i cant see that happening. unless some fantastic news comes our way, such as a substantial holder notice, or oil discovery or upgrade in existing oil reserves and or production, then i think roc will trade sideways to slighty upward, perhaps toward 40c...i think roc is in for a long haul..similar to the period jul09-jan10 with the possibility of hitting my F.V of 55c this year....ALL IMO of course
