yep, A4N sucked it up and went it alone with a smaller scale plant first and did it with 100% equity. a wider product suite as well with other specialty chemicals.
FYI now a junior partner to a large, slow moving, global player. gave away 65% of the project for future funding, now progress / timeline is all in the hands of Alcoa.
i think the difference can be seen in the market caps of the two (luckily i also have A4N).
having said that, neither have signed a binding offtake yet!
