The market is just catching on to help undervalued IMI is very few shares available tightly held plenty of cash. AGL has just raise money and I believe the tendering process only took two hours so it was quickly snapped up. I believe the companies are very similar and have prospects adjacent to one another and should be valued fairly similarly but It is valued less. It is catching up now.
