will ASM replace her with another in-house legal counsel or will they use third party. If they use third party then who. The line of business they are it is a must to use legal counsel to help with the IP rights and off-take agreements.
Using third party is not always cheaper but if the right party is selected then the company may benefit from the more in-depth expertise.
Or do they plan not to use legal counsel at all - I doubt this would be the case but who knows.
