The company will have no idea about what’s in the core,
It’s all done by third parties, the first time they will know is when they get the email from the lab,
So maybe they are just hedging their bets,
The raise is definitely for 2 million dollars with overs , it’s been done by Sandton cspital, these are the same guys who floated it, this comes from the term sheet sent out by the brokers today
