Presumably as the headline of article suggests = Chakwera wants to install sanity in mining industry thus the new departments and establishment of the Malawi Mining Investment company to replace the dis functional previous mines department. Sounds like that at least but reality is how long is this going to take to pass and establish as operational - we'll find out soon enough as we will GBE'S MDA.
