Makes sense to bank these moves when they happen. This month's action is the 5th largest candle (in % terms) ever and the month isn't even half way through. The SP has broken out of a long-term downtrend channel on the monthly log chart, where the last couple of attempts have resulted in wicks, so we could see a sustained move up from here.
