If GROK makes a counter bid for ORG VS BROOKFIELD, and GROK wins it, GROK would regard ORG at $9.50 a share as petty cash, then Brookfield could go after AGL again without GROK poison pill.
GROK and Brookfield realize that ORG and AGL are far too cheap, market mis pricing and overselling IMHO is the main problem.
