LMG went into some detail yesterday about the 3 locations they are negotiating with re the FIRST 100kt plant.

I'd like them to consider a left field 4th option - Canada.

There are extension Nickel mining and refining operations there along with hydro sourced electricity.
I think the gas supply issue could be addressed by a supply agreement with one of the oil sands producers to access the sour gas that is largely flared.
Its pretty easy to add a scrubber to clean up the undesirable elements and as its largely stranded gas it should be available at low cost.
Add in Canadian Govt grants, US DOE capital grants and a very large market in the US auto and aero industries and it starts to make sense I think.

Notwithstanding the above, I'm convinced we will a significant rerate in LMG over the next weeks and months.
They have ended up, partly by circumstance and partly by design, in a highly leveraged and highly strategic situation that I hope they can turn in cash, jobs and a bright future.
