buddy, have a look into JRV, see any similarities? They may now have shorters looking at them too as a result of their shares not going where hoped (not suggesting this for CYM----other issues may arise though, instos profiting at the expense of retail----sound familiar?). It can get messy. Maybe bone up a little in this area.....
