The chart on page 11 is the potential pivot for this stock. Still lots of ifs and buts around what a realistic ARPU is going to be in the future and just how much market penetration they can achieve. But there certainly appears to be enormous upside if they can shift the ARPU well above $6 (currently $5) and get to >25,000 paying customers. That's clearly the plan and I suspect that at some point these metrics will begin to gather their own pace once they reach a certain scale... that's our hope as investors. I'm gaining some confidence from the progress this year.
