Keith , yes every thing you say is right, bad timing for whc report and probably to much said about future rain fall ,the coal prices will go up in a few weeks , to early to say what kind of winter it will be , but the big problem is this crazy government , they lie , they change there mind at the drop of a hat, very hard to keep investors in , can not trust this government, they are just bobbing around in a fast flowing creek , with a water fall around the next bend.
