The additional share issuance capacity of resolution 3 of 10% is only available for a company which is not in the ASX 300 und/ or below a market cap of 300 mil.
I agree, this capacity is kept in case, but will need shareholder approval on the 23rd, allowing company to be able to offer potential partners a large stake in the company. This could well be a condition for a partner to proceed, so it seems unlikely that our broker lets market grow past 300 mil prior to the 23rd.
Meanwhile , sentiment currently swings to positive and price developments after the AGM could be swift, particularly if management provides additional sweeteners at the meeting, all IMO
