The trick is to buy before this inevitably heads up.
Company has been through rising interest rate periods previously and did well - not an issue - they just adjust their own pricing - very wealthy mafia type said to me once that the only business he wasn't in that he wished he could be in was banking hahaha
I've mentioned before but a good mate has equity in a large well known melbourne based finance brokerage and hums commercial leasing is absolutely the preferred broker partner - and has been for the past couple of years that wasn't the case a few years ago. - good signal
