Somewhere in these latest updates and presentations, didn't Coby state that they are looking to tape out 22nm in a Tier 1 fab by end of the year?
Based on the series of events/announcements with Skywater, doesn't this mean that they must be transferring the 'recipe' to that fab at the moment?
Any thoughts?
