they are traders trading stocks in pips in days or even hours. It is just meaningless to talk fundamentals with them. The sp may be settled and form a support around 25c, but IMHO it also has possibility that going a bit further to test 21.5-23c. Not sure how those traders react if that happens, but neither do i care.
