Yes, things at the moment are not great. If you have maxed out your investment in NRZ it is a shame given the low SP. For those with a little bit of funds free and believe in the project the SP is a gift.
No doubt the board constantly misses timelines, however who doesn't? The cash burn is pretty severe due to the size of the company that is true. Not a deal breaker, just annoying.
The main things for me which are super appealing is the fully integrated system on site. NRZ uses its own gas, uses its own electricity. Separating themselves from being exposed to rapid price rises of gas and electricity. I believe high gas prices globally will make NRZ competitive on a global scale for many many years.
It is in the times of the greatest fear and despair that the most bags are made.
