Not necessarily a new kid on the block.
There are quite a few funds with substantial holdings that fall just below the 5% minimum.
Jencay and Regal with ~12 million shares and EGP with -6 million, to name a few.
That aside, it's really anyone's guess as to the buyers and sellers.
And mostly irrelevant.
