Another direction I have thought Lynas might go with the LAMP was downstream towards the metals. Not so good news on that front (but with a caveat - and remembering all those unused utilities at the LAMP). The paper has a short section on how it's done and how much it costs per kg to do it for those interested; don't miss the Appendix which contains further material on the subject of Dysprosium electrowinning.
