I'm most interested in the new 125m 2.8c's CR shares that went through BP and how many they may have scored for significant SH'ers while fiddling with the trading - if so.

So the first obvious and simplistic starting point is 007's holding and whether Moutier and Two Tops numbers have increased by 5-10m each or so and/or whether a third 007 entity was created as the recipient. (Just two numbers to look out for and compare with 15m and 16m.)

Good for us that all this data is fairly conspicuous these days so forensic accounting is not difficult. It's going to hard to disguise that 25% increase in shares when we have a very recent T20 unless there's a bit of Off-Market-Transferring going on shortly - but legally, we have now gone past the presumed listing date for the 2.8's AND the significant shareholders have to have filed their changes with the ASX accordingly (early next week?)

It wasn't worth mentioning all this until after trading yesterday as any further "fiddling" is now neigh impossible without appearing overly conspicuous.Let's see if 007 and his BP buddies are "tarred" with the same brush as his old man.

No use getting upset about these things - but better to have the BoD understand that this has to stop and TAR needs to start trading properly ... that is if it's ever going to become the company it should be.
