Wrt 007, something that i should be aware of but am mystified about, is that if he holds 100% of both companies that would already have taken his aggregate holdings to in excess of 5%, a Substantial shale holder.
There's been no notice to that effect by 007 - noting its the shareholder responsibility under the Corporation Act, and the company can only inform him of that responsibility, its not for them to complete that task. But its very relevant as you've pointed out, because any movement by either of those companies, or even a third/fourth entity he holds 100% interest in as a result of the placement needs a Change in Notice declared by 007. But there's no announced Substantial shareholder in TAR - yet!

Actually I had dealings with Gary Steinpreis a very very long time ago, and found him to be quite a reasonable lawyer (thats a compliment to him if you knew my view of lawyers in general - i can say that from personal experience).
