The export ban exemption was for the Waitsia project.
But with Stokes pulling the strings, I can see a scenario whereby WE gets incorporated into the "Greater Waitsia Project."
As SE1234 pointed out, this whole situation just points out how desperately unbalanced the playing field is in WA.
