Thankyou for sharing your corrspondence. I do wonder however, why ROC and Fusion dont feel as obliged as Hardman to support the information vacum.
On the other point, "It was not a mistake at all. This is a standard oil industry phrase and they accurately described the status of the well. The only mistake was on the part of naive easily panicked traders." I would argue that the market reaction was forseeable. A standard phrase perhaps, but totally misleading to the community outside the oil industry. Surely they dont believe all their shareholders are experienced oil men. I am not a "trader" but that announcement scared the sh-t out of me. I obviously wasn't alone.
Thankyou for your reply. I admit I dont have a rock solid case. I have a suspicion which I hope is laid to rest by the co.s future behaviour.
