YES ...certainly it was democratic with NO PARLIAMENTARIAN voting against and and 328 voting to remove him ....a unanimous vote of parliament and THAT is why he was removed not some coup !!
This was a check on abuse of power , pity russia doesn't have one - Putin was only ever allowed two terms until he changed the rules
