Anyway I removed the reactive response because I have already made the point Drake loves showering shareholders with emotive attacks but refuses to say what launched its’ own attack
(therefore there are no votes to be won by sharing the awful board deed, and perhaps the reverse is true)
I went through that reset announcement again a few times last night - trying to wear the rheumy eyes of a fat little drake-thing sleeping contentedly on it’s
bum on it’s treasure after it’s work last October had been achieved.
The fake capital raise scam had been a resounding success …. History would show all was in order ;Toby’s exit nicely sorted, the raise was nicely canned (so there was no embarrassment to Evolution or Toby about collecting a non-existent $22.6 million to buy unrevealed new,
different businesses from eager, trusting, rich backers who loved Toby’s work)
(- well the shareholders were supposed to throw more in too to make up the full $22.6m)
And Bryant’s in place to hold the fort… till when?
Till Toby’s (tame?) US-based replacement is introduced as CEO
…. And it’s all been very smooth and a bit of a giggle here in the back room and (as Drakey drake) I am feeling well set up to participate a bit in the pre-FAA capital raise Mclarty will set up , and then put Robbo in down the track as we do the transition .
But there’s hiccups around the pre FAA raise. SMN’s in halt for weeks and I end up needing to sort a new future plan with my board of ‘gentlemen’* because the fact is that stupid little Canadian company going into administration is the last thing I want.
So yep … maybe I wasn’t such a happy little Drake around then …. And then the post-FAA STC approval goes through and the subsequent raise is at 90c a share!
Phhhh!
