Amazed, how about we throw this scenario out there.
Perhaps as part of the deal to adios Johnson from the register Halcrows Holdings was offered a sweetner with that being the con note.
So they have 18m FPO to start with and I think the rest falls into place.
All happened around the same time.
Yes a big investment by Halcrows but really a no-brainer.
I reckon the next #b will be the last of the con note.
