That's a good attempt at a reply, however it assumes that the HS shareholders are desperate for money. That's just your guess. And many of them are getting good salaries as MMZ directors anyway, so not sure why they would be desperate for cash.
Furthermore, if they partly sell their company to MMZ they wont get cash (MMZ has little) , they will get shares and as you write , if they wish to hold for long term ( to benefit from international listings (LOL) then they have not satisfied their desperation for a sale and quick cash .
No Angry, I haven't been making as much profit as you have lately.
I am amazed however at how many times I read of loyal MMZ posters selling off their shares .. many claiming to be free carried. I dont get it.
These people tell other posters how absolutely good this stock is .. how it will go to 5 cents or 10 cents , jump on board.. yet they sell half their shares at 2.2/2.4 .... sold into some poor newbie.
If they are true believers why not keep all the stock .. why sell into a newbie at 2.4
