It pains me to say it but I think you're right. There are a ton of great announcements scheduled for 2023 but FBR don't have a good track record for keeping to deadlines. Most recently, the completion of Hadrian 110 for example, now 2 months over due.
I'm starting to think any of the great announcements that will hugely affect share price will be more likely to happen in 2024.
anyway, hope they can prove me wrong and get over to the states and hustle some real contracts next year but my gut feeling says no.
