...:-))) the very first thing I ate of Vietnamese origin, was a bowl of soup with noodles and dumblings...looked similiar to Chinese soups ...BUT the suprising thing was the coreander in it...completely new taste!....I have been adding it to my chicken soups ever since (together with parsley of course)..;-)))...
