    I would not be surprised that BPT has some insider knowledge that export quotas may be changed or something similar with the increasing resources in the PB. How much of a steal would this be for BPT if that were to happen. Especially given that many argue that this offer undervalues WE based on the AWE deal metrics that occurred at a time of much lower gas prices.
