Would be nice to see but I don't think this will have any immediate impact on share price.
this is merely a green light we need to get the ball rolling. Although this green light will eventually lead to SP increase, I don't think we will see any major movement in SP until we see the following.
jurisdiction partners binding contracts.
manufacturing partner binding contract.
Hadrian orders binding contracts (probably with jurisdiction partners).
