The pretty blue fork is pinned at the 50% of the prior swing in a standard "schiff" alignment. The blue u-mlh is acting as resistance. The green Short Term fork is indicating a test of that resistance. If you zoom in on your own chart, the shooting star style candle might give you the idea that resistance is winning.
