You've been a great CFO for Core Lithium over the years and no doubt been one of the quiet guys in the background who has done an enormous amount of financial work to both keep as afloat, forward plan our future and help fund us.
No doubt CXO will be a fantastic feather in your cap and having proven yourself time and again, I suspect that your career is at a new stage and this move considering the gear shift for CXO will be a good time for a new CFO with different skillsets and for yourself to look for that next big project to help drive.
