Yes another broker report would be good and Hartleys may have some self interst, as Mick suggests, but has their research been any less accurate? I have not found their reports to be overstated, in fact if anything they have remained understated and conservative.

I have a self interst in PEN, as do many others who post here, that is why we all need to do our own research and think carefully over all that is written about the company.

I think that there are some people, who were still selling on Thursday at 4.2 cents, who were banking on PEN going down to 4 cents. Unfortunately, at present, they find themselves short on a stock that gained 7% very quickly.

PEN at 4.5 is still cheap, if you see it going to 7 cents or 10 cents or even beyond.
