Looking at this in a different light Gibba:
550 barrels per day for the rest of the year or the Directors get squat - I give this a tick as they must have been confident to at least get 500 on the original timeline.
Mison puts a couple of family members onto the placement and the Geo Martens/or his family buys a few in at stuff all discount to market half way through the drill - don't see any downside here either and a $45k investment is not material anyway. You have to ask yourself is the GEO really going to sell out for a measly $20k ish profit when he charged a fortune for the report in the first instance.
As for investments through nominee entities - sure it isn't transparent but much more common than uncommon on the ASX. If that was my criteria for holding anything my portfolio would be bare.
