Well it's a minimal amount in vicinity of 28 million shares - to continue progressing whilst awaiting MDA. Perhaps more related to funding Namibian refinery plans and pilot plant. Whatever they need it for - given we had funds available for next 3-4 months pending R&D claim it must be strategic top up to advance things so no delays going forward.
Could question the timing just prior to MDA and expected sp gains - however possibly introducing a new investor s at a discount at this stage may prove very important re future financing initiatives. Interesting - liquidity needed but that could suggest MDA further away.
