Presumably TLG's plans for the Niska extension to add 85ktpa to the 19.5ktpa (bringing it to ~105tkpa) would mean roughly a 5-fold increase in output, so the SP might go up proportionately ($4.75 x 5 ~ $24). That sounds rather satisfying.
