@Tan74 I am sorry for your losses - these are indeed sad occurrences which would make me think, twice, too! But I have just read that Queenslanders in particular are a troubled lot and are very resistant to Covid vaccinations and to any persuasive techniques 'the Government' might try - delicate flowers, aren't they?!
I have had no bad reactions, am older and have had 4 jabs in all - and during some of the time i wasn't in the best of health, because i was mourning a daughter who died an untimely death. 2 of my daughters were very alternative when it came to vaccinations and medicine in general, especially this girl who died, did not see a proper medic when she first realised she had breast cancer, took a year of trying 'alternative' medics before she went to a proper doctor - she paid with her life - a brilliant musician, famous in the jazz circles of London, composer, did film music - SHE didn't lack the brain cells to make informed decisions and d
id not make an informed decision early on, she paid a high price and I still do.
I am a far more trusting person than many are on this thread - and I have had mediocre medics in my life - one who was supposed to be on duty, when my husband was delivered to a Perth hospital very early one Monday morning (with a heart attack) came rushing back to be on-duty from having a sleep-in at home - so my husband died from lack of proper medical assistance (aged 56) at a large hospital here in Perth - so i know, doctors are just human, too; I was too numbed with pain and shock to even remember my own phone number let alone having a say and possibly suing the hospital for neglect.
But please, get yourselves a proper doctor you can trust, consult him, inform him or her of every tiny bit of - even anecdotal info about your health - and eat a healthy diet, at least a week before and the week after you are having 'the jab' - should you so decide - and rest when needed, a good sleep is sometimes all that's needed.
