Just to clarify as I've had a quick look. Please feel free to correct me where I'm not 100% correct. Since the April 2018 price of 4.32c this is what has unfolded:

    • April 2018 issue 75,0000,000 shares at 4c
    • Sept 2019 issue 573,476,491 shares at 1.15c
    • Jan 2020 issue 111,449,273 shares
    • Sept 2020 issue 357,142,857 shares 178,571,428 options 2.5c
    • Aug 2021 issue 348,000,000 shares 348,000,000 options 2.5c

So that's @1,813,068,621 "shares" that you should add to the register, if most of the options are taken up. That about DOUBLE the outstanding shares, completely outrageous if you ask me! You wonder why this share price will most likely fall below 2c. Heck, the company valuation at that number with 4 billion shares on the register is probably very generous. That dilution alone one could argue values this company at @2c now, and in 2018 we were expecting a BFS that was a heck of a lot better that the one announced, believe me!!!!!! Go back on here and look if you want to.

Watching all these new shareholders licking their chops and posting non stop propaganda is absolutely comical, and IMHO borderline dangerous moving forward. You're invested in AVL and their ability to get vanadium out of the ground.
