I’m sure there was nothing untoward with regard to ‘volunteer’ work that was rumoured to have been carried out by @Kalenn although I feel the manner in which it was handled by Inca was less than satisfactory.
An attempt to save on labour has left many unanswered questions with regard to his knowledge or not of sensitive information. For his sake there must have been a period where a possible escrow or embargo on trading his own shares must have taken place? How long was that? Is it still in force?
Given the hysteria and rumour laden minefield that is this forum it still leaves many unanswered questions.
I hope that this detail can be cleared up soon at the agm.
