There are a number that are passionate STI is a sham.

I am really interested in why, facts only please.

I have read everything I can find on STI, Peter Boonen, Neil Covey, Bob Pritchard. Yes I can clearly see PB has had a number of failed attempts creating a business. This isn't unusual for the spec end of town, and I would draw the line at saying there was anything fruadulent in any of those dealings.

STI has had a clear vision for the past 12 months, they have been working towards this point where the business is now moving into a period where we should see sales, to what extent only time will tell. But they certainly have multiple product / income streams which is a lot more than can be said for many spec stocks.

Yes PB has placed offerings with Sophisticated Investors to raise funds, unfortunately this is a necessary evil to give them the funds they need moving forward, and the deal those investors are offered would be dictated by those said investors not PB. Also those Sophisticated Investors sell when the opportunity arrises to protect their investment capital, moving forward with a free carry with the options.

I have held STI for 6 months approx, and always bought for the right price, from where I entered I can presently only see the upside. I continually re assess my position and have considered bailing on a few occaissions, but happy at present I didn't. The main factor that held me through those times was the experienced players coming on board.

Stirling is not a daytraders stock, it has been a very good short term trade however regularly moving between 1.1 and 1.5 cents and believe a good play long term.

There have been many stocks that have soared on pie in the sky announcements, but I don't see the same anger in those forums e.g BUY, MMR, ATI, ROG etc.

So please tell me why is STI so bad or a sham. I am genuinely interested in why. I feel for any that have bought on the hype at 1.6 and 1.7 but that is why many continually point out to DYOR, this is critical.
